How to ensure the stability of the freight elevator?
Everyone knows that the smooth operation of elevators is a very important issue, which is related to the personal safety of users. Below, the editor will share with you the relevant methods to ensure the stability of elevators.
1. At the initial stage of design, each production process's elevator should be inspected, and the welded components should be securely welded. Before assembly, the hydraulic cylinder and other components of the cylinder should be tested. Firstly, check if the cylinder seal is greasy. If the seal is not tightly connected to the cylinder bore, a new seal ring needs to be replaced and the cylinder should be tested for smooth operation. If there is paper jam, it means that the drum must be ground flat and not smooth, and the standard is not used.
2. After solving the problem of lifting the cylinder, another key component decided to run smoothly. That's a hydraulic station. The output pressure of the hydraulic station is stable, and the oil supply link is basically unobstructed. In addition to the above two points, it is also important to regularly replace the hydraulic oil to ensure that all aspects meet the operating standards and the elevator runs smoothly and naturally.
3. When installing a cargo elevator, it is necessary to place steel plate washers between the chassis and the foundation of the anchor bolts, adjust the thickness of these steel plate washers, and adjust the appropriate level of food use. It can ensure the verticality of the guide rail. After the track frame is in a vertical position, press the bolts on the four corners. Afterwards, it is necessary to make basic vertical adjustments to the verticality of the fence frame and deposit anchor bolts.
4. Install the lifting buffer spring, then connect the bolts used in the other part of the fence and the front part that is not installed. Then further adjust the verticality, tighten the bolts properly, release the brake on the motor, and use it in the cage.
Elevators are a type of lifting equipment commonly used by people, which relies heavily on hydraulic transmission systems to carry out work. Therefore, gear oil is inevitably used during work, which can cause oil leakage to a certain extent. So, what are the reasons for oil leakage in elevators?
1. After long-term use, friction damage to the sealing ring can cause it to lose its sealing properties, or the aging of raw materials such as vulcanized rubber can completely destroy the sealing ring, and the damage between the transmission shaft and the sleeve can widen the gap between the helical gears, leading to oil leakage.
2. When forging the shell, the quality does not meet the requirements, resulting in defects such as sand holes, air vents, cracks, and loose mechanisms, which are not dealt with in a timely manner. In the entire process of equipment application, these defects are usually the root cause of equipment oil leakage.
3. There is no excellent design concept for the internal, no effective pump oil channel, no design concept for sealing, or poor sealing specifications, and an unreasonable structure that matches the hydraulic seals, resulting in oil leakage in the equipment.
4. When plastic hoses are used for oil pipelines and plastic connectors are used for three-way joints, the problem of aging of raw materials may occur after long-term application, leading to cracking of the oil pipelines and three-way joints and common oil leakage faults.
5. Due to severe flatness deviation and shallow roughness during the production and processing of the fusion surface between the shell and the hood, or excessive residual thermal stress causing deformation, the fusion surface is not tightly fitted, or standard parts are damaged and loose, usually resulting in oil leakage.
6. People often fail to carry out proper maintenance during repairs, resulting in oil leakage due to improper assembly lines of related components. Improper use and adjustment of the intake system can also cause oil leakage, and improper oil changes can often lead to equipment oil leakage.
