1. The hydraulic cylinder and surrounding environment of the cargo elevator should be clean. The fuel tank should be sealed to prevent contamination. The pipelines and fuel tanks should be cleaned to prevent the detachment of iron oxide scales and other debris. Clean with a lint free cloth or specialized paper. Cannot use hemp thread and adhesive as sealing materials. According to the design requirements, pay attention to the temperature and pressure changes of hydraulic oil. When unloaded, unscrew the exhaust bolt to exhaust.
2. There shall be no looseness in the piping connections.
3. The base of the hydraulic cylinder must have sufficient rigidity, otherwise the cylinder barrel will arch upwards when pressurized, causing the piston rod to bend.
Before installing the hydraulic cylinder into the system, the parameters on the hydraulic cylinder label should be compared with the parameters at the time of ordering.
5. The central axis of the foot fixed mobile cylinder should be concentric with the centerline of the load force to avoid causing lateral forces, which can easily cause seal wear and piston damage. When installing hydraulic cylinders for moving objects, ensure that the cylinder is parallel to the direction of motion of the moving object on the guide rail surface, and the parallelism is generally not greater than 0.05mm/m.
In normal operation, the hydraulic cylinder of the cargo elevator also needs to control the speed of the hydraulic system. If the working speed of the hydraulic system is too fast, exceeding 2m/s, it is very detrimental to extending the service life of the hydraulic cylinder. In this case, installing a buffer device in the hydraulic cylinder can not only provide good protection for the hydraulic cylinder, but also ensure the safety of the entire hydraulic system.
