Hydraulic guide rail elevator, simple fault maintenance method for factory cargo elevator:
1. Check the hydraulic system such as oil pipes, oil tanks, elevator cylinders, etc. for oil leakage and loose joints.
2. The hydraulic oil for the cargo elevator should be replaced regularly (32 # anti-wear hydraulic oil), usually every six months.
3. Check whether the wires of the electrical appliances are loose and whether the buttons are sensitive. Sometimes looseness can cause electrical short circuits.
4. Check whether each roller is not rotating or lacks oil. If the roller is not rotating, the elevator roller can be removed for cleaning impurities or replaced with a new bearing, and lubricating oil can be added.
5. Carefully check if the axle pin bolts on the lifting platform are loose, and use a open-end wrench to tighten them for continuous use.
6. Check if the guide rail chain of the lifting platform is missing butter and if there is any jamming of the roller chain. If it is jammed, it will cause the platform surface to shake and the rise and fall to be unstable. Regularly applying butter to ensure lubrication can solve problems such as the elevator not lifting.
