1: The reason for the slow speed of the guide rail elevator:
1. The solenoid valve of the hydraulic pump station system can adjust the speed appropriately. If it has already been adjusted to the maximum, try to check whether the hydraulic oil of the elevator is sufficient, whether the oil cylinder is leaking, etc. If there are no problems and the speed is still slow, it is recommended to replace it with a larger pump station system.
2. After purchasing and using the equipment, the use of hydraulic guide rail elevators has resulted in a decrease in speed due to improper use, aging, or contamination. After the speed slows down, first consider the factor of hydraulic oil flow rate. The factors that affect the flow rate of hydraulic oil include hydraulic pipelines, hydraulic valves, hydraulic oil pumps, electric motor speed control devices, etc
3. The overflow valve is usually placed inside the pump station, with an adjusting valve on one side. Its function is to prevent excessive pressure in the hydraulic system and to protect the hydraulic system, simply setting an overflow valve is dangerous. 1. Only when the equipment is loaded and cannot be started, should the hydraulic system pressure be checked. If the pressure is below the normal range, the relief valve setting value can be adjusted.
2. Hydraulic oil has deteriorated or contains impurities. After prolonged use, hydraulic oil may contain impurities or have deteriorated. Take a sample for inspection to see if it contains solid particles, discoloration, or odor. If necessary, replace the hydraulic oil.
3. The hydraulic pipeline may be blocked. Hydraulic pipeline is also a very important link, check whether the hydraulic pipeline is unobstructed. Here is a reminder to focus on checking whether all hydraulic valves, including one-way shut-off valves, electromagnetic directional valves, proportional control valves, overflow valves, etc., are blocked or stuck. If there is a problem, the hydraulic valve should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner.
4. Hydraulic pump is also an important factor affecting the flow rate of hydraulic oil. Hydraulic pumps that have been used for too long are also prone to problems. When the speed of the hydraulic lifting platform slows down, it is necessary to check whether the oil supply flow of the hydraulic pump is stable. If any problems are found, please contact the manufacturer in a timely manner to avoid exceeding the warranty period.
5. There may be leaks in the hydraulic system. Check if there is any leakage in the hydraulic system, with a focus on inspecting the connections of hydraulic pipes and joints, oil cylinders, and hydraulic valves. If hydraulic oil leakage occurs, replace the composite gasket or wrap the raw material tape.
